The 2023–24 Southern Illinois Salukis women's basketball team represents Southern Illinois University Carbondale during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Salukis, led by second-year head coach Kelly Bond-White, play their home games at the Banterra Center in Carbondale, Illinois as members of the Missouri Valley Conference.

Previous season[edit]

The Salukis finished the 2022–23 season 12–19, 8–12 in MVC play to finish in seventh place.[1] They defeated Indiana State in the opening round of the MVC tournament,[2] before falling to Belmont in the quarterfinals.[3]
