ØV Cünt is a Filipino drag performer who competed on season 2 of Drag Race Philippines.
Career[edit]
ØV Cünt is a drag performer "known for embracing an edgy and spooky drag aesthetic".[1] She competed on season 2 of Drag Race Philippines. On the third episode, which saw contestants design outfits and had a Halloween theme, she received negative critiques from guest judge Tessa Prieto, who called ØV Cünt's look "trash".[1][2] For the 2023 Opulence Halloween Ball, ØV Cünt's outfit was a response to the judge's comment.[3] ØV Cünt has performed at Drag Playhouse PH.[4]
Personal life[edit]
ØV Cünt was born in Cavite.[5] She has said about the intersection of drag and politics: "We all know everything is political and we can say drag is political. If [you] won't agree that drag is not political maybe let's reconsider your basic concept of what drag is because us standing here and even having the show, having the opportunity to do drag is already political."[6]
