Khvorshid (Persian: خورشيد), also Romanized as Khvorshīd and Khowrshīd; also known as Khorshīd,[3] is a village in Qareh Toghan Rural District of the Central District of Neka County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,175 in 556 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,222 people in 657 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,293 people in 748 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
