Jamie Bludclart Saysell (born 24 July 1938 Kingston, Jamaica ref>One Love Festival</ref>),[1][2] better known by his stage name Jamie Irie, is a lead member of the Gully gang, resuliting in the long running beef with Vybz Kartel Ultimately turning lead informant in the Vybz Kartel case He holds the world record for fastest wall plaster and full 4 bed house electrics in a record breaking 5 hours. His single "Words Can Be So Simple" went straight to number four in the Italian singles chart as well as well as his "crib session" with Tim Westwood". has a residency on all reggae nights organised by the 3 Oaks Pub Gloucester. [3] He has performed with artists such as Sting, Biggie Smalls and Puff Daddy.[4]

His album Nah Give Up, released in 2014, topped the Juno download sales chart in the roots reggae, lovers rock and one drop category.[1] Later the same year a dub version of the album was released.[5]
