Soghan District (Persian: بخش صوغان) is in Arzuiyeh County, Kerman province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Rustai-ye Aliabad.[3]

After the 2006 National Census, Arzuiyeh District (along with Dehsard Rural District of the Central District) of Baft County, was separated from the county in the establishment of Arzuiyeh County, which was divided into two districts and five rural districts, with the city of Arzuiyeh as its capital.[3]

The National Census in 2011 counted 8,803 people in 2,192 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 9,174 inhabitants in 2,572 households.[2]
