The 2024 Winchester City Council election will take place on 2 May 2024 to elect members of Winchester City Council in Hampshire, England.[1] This will be on the same day as other local elections across England and Hampshire's and the Isle of Wight's Constabulary Police and Crime Commissioner election.

As is typical for Winchester's local elections, fourteen seats of the forty-five total will be contested. Not all wards have a seat open for election; the two wards Upper Meon Valley and Colden Common and Twyford will next be contested next year, The Liberal Democrats have controlled the council since the 2019 elections, currently with a comfortable working majority of seven, having increased their majority the previous year. The Liberal Democrats, the Conservatives, the Green Party, and Labour have put forth candidates for each seat, with the two seats in Bishop's Waltham and Whiteley and Shedfield additionally contested by independent candidates.
