Arbat (Persian: اربط), also Romanized as Arbaţ; also known as Arbad,^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Gonbar Rural District of the Central District of Osku County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 442 in 112 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 399 people in 114 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 391 people in 129 households.^[2]
