Ajam Rural District (Persian: دهستان آجم) is in Dishmok District of Kohgiluyeh County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran.^[3] Its capital is the village of Pataveh-ye Ajam.^[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 706 in 124 households.^[5] There were 84 inhabitants in 18 households at the following census of 2011.^[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 401 in 89 households. The most populous of its 18 villages was Rud Rish, with 256 people.^[2]
