Domoda
domoda also known as domoda farine or domodah is a Senegalese dish prepared with a smooth, tangy tomato sauce and vegetables, to which flour is added to thicken the stew[1]. Domoda is one of the emblematic recipes of Senegalese gastronomy[2]. Alongside dishes such as thieboudienne and yassa, it is a favorite in Senegal and is mainly consumed in Gambia and Mauritania.
Very aromatic, the dish is both convivial and often served with white rice to create a nourishing, delicious and tasty dish.
Domoda can be made with meat or fish[3].
