Kohneh Gurab (Persian: كهنه گوراب)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Amlash-e Shomali Rural District[4] of the Central District of Amlash County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 209 in 69 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 221 people in 75 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 211 people in 78 households.[2]
