Adrian Curiel Dominguez (born January 12, 1999) is a Mexican professional boxer, who is a former International Boxing Federation (IBF) light flyweight champion, having held the title since November 2023 to February 2024.

Professional career[edit]

Curiel turned professional in 2016 and compiled a record 23–4–1 before facing & defeating Sivenathi Nontshinga, to win the IBF light flyweight title.[1][2]

Curiel vs. Nontshinga 2[edit]

On February 16, 2024 in Oaxaca, Mexico, Curiel was scheduled to make the first defense of his IBF light flyweight title in the championship rematch against Sivenathi Nontshinga.[3] He lost the fight by TKO in the 10th round.[4][5]

Curiel vs. Edwards[edit]

Curielis scheduled to face Sunny Edwards in a 12-round super flyweight bout at Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona on June 29, 2024.[6]
