Rachele Focardi (born July 21, 1979) is an Italian author, and public speaker. She is the Chair of the Multigenerational Workforce Committee for ASEAN Human Development Organization (AHDO).[1] She has spent 15 years with UNIVERSUM and hold several positions including the Chief Strategy Officer.[2][3] And she is also the CEO and founder of xyz@work,[4][5] Senior Partner of Generational Diversity at Start Reverse [6] and a Future of Work Commentator for CNA .[7]

Career[edit]

She has spent her life across Europe, U.S.A. and Asia. And as a speaker, she is invited to address global talent and generational trends in conferences and seminars and on global media.[8][9][10]

While living in Singapore during the COVID-19 lockdown, she wrote Reframing Generational Stereotypes, published by McGraw Hill in December 2020.[11] and released as "跨代合作 年 差异 成 争力" by Cheers Publishing in China in 2023,[12] and by Hoepli in Italy in 2024.[13]
