The Dry Age Boutique is a luxury retail store dedicated to providing a unique carnivore shopping experience.[1][2] The boutique specializes in Halal dry-aged meats sourced from the USA, Australia, and Japan.[3]

The Dry Age Boutique was established in January 2021 by German hospitality entrepreneur, Mirco Beutler, also known as The Dry Age Guy.[4][5][6] Beutler's aim was to introduce quality dry-aged meats, paired with specialized technology and know-how, to global markets.[7] Under his guidance, the technology and methods of dry-aging were implemented in fine dining establishments in the GCC region and New York City, USA.[8]

Designed to emulate high-end designer boutiques, The Dry Age Boutique's flagship store in Dubai showcases a distinctive 8-meter central display adorned with dry-aged meats.[9] This permanent fixture serves as a testament to the brand's identity.[10] Moreover, the store features a Display Cold Room that utilizes a computer-programmed light show capable of depicting various themes, ranging from national flags to seasonal designs.[11]

In June 2022, The Dry Age Boutique was honored with the Best Franchise Concept Worldwide Award by FashionTV Awards at the Cannes Film Festival in Paris, France.[12]
