Yengeh Qaleh (Persian: ينگه قلعه, also Romanized as Yengeh Qal‘eh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Sangar Rural District[4] of the Central District of Faruj County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 717 in 161 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 661 people in 204 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 408 people in 124 households.[2]
