White Cloud Creek
White Cloud Creek is a stream in Nodaway and Andrew counties in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of One Hundred and Two River.
The stream headwaters arise in Nodaway County approximately 1.5 miles west of Pickering (at 40°27′40″N 94°53′18″W / 40.46111°N 94.88833°W) and flows south-southeast crossing under US Route 71 and Missouri Route 46 three miles west of Maryville. It then turns and flows to the south-southeast passing about 1.5 miles west of the community of Pumpkin Center. It crosses under Route 71 again about three miles southwest of Barnard and enters Andrew County where it enters the One Hundred and Two River approximately one-half mile south of the county line and one mile west of the community of Bolckow[2] at 40°07′04″N 94°50′17″W / 40.11778°N 94.83806°W.[1]
White Cloud Creek was named after an Indian tribe of the same name.[3]
