William Ulric Handal Raudales (born in 1945[1]) is Vice President of Honduras during the administration of Carlos Roberto Flores from 1998 to 2002.[2] He was the first vice president aka first presidential designate.[3] He is from the Liberal Party.

Handal is an engineer by profession.[4] He is of Palestinian origin.[5]
