Mir Shams ol Din (Persian: میرشمسالدین), also Romanized as Mīr Shams ol Dīn and Mīr Shams od Dīn,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Mir Shams ol Din Rural District of the Central District of Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,386 in 400 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,453 people in 485 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,436 people in 510 households.[2]
