The shopping centre in 2024

Rathfarnham Shopping Centre (Irish: Ionad Siopadóireachta Ráth Fearnáin)[1] is one of two shopping centres located in Rathfarnham (a southern suburb of Dublin), the other being Nutgrove Shopping Centre.[2]

The shopping centre was developed in 1969 by PV Doyle, owner of the Doyle Hotel Group.[3] In 1998, the complex was bought from the Group for almost £10 million and planning permission sought to expand the site by an extra 92,000 square foot.[4]
