Palatogobius is a genus of gobies native to the western Atlantic Ocean.[1]

- Palatogobius incendius Tornabene, Robertson & Baldwin, 2017[2]
- Palatogobius paradoxus C. R. Gilbert, 1971 (Mauve goby)
