Keiichi Tokuda

Keiichi Tnkuda (徳田　恵一, Tokuda Keiichi), graduate from and professor at the Nagoya Institute of Technology from 2004, doctor of engineering granted by Tokyo Institute of Technology and CEO & CTO of Techno-Speech, Inc., was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014 for contributions to hidden Markov model-based speech synthesis. He was awarded Medal with Purple Ribbon in 2020.
