Nisreen Shocair is the CEO and Founder of her own incubator, The Shocase Network, where she champions brand development, investments across fashion, entertainment, wellness and sports.

She is the co-founder of one of the fastest growing concepts for private collectors across Art, Music and Fine Jewelry.

Career[edit]

Nisreen is the Ex-CEO for the Middle East at YOOX NET A PORTER GROUP, ex-CEO of Virgin Megastore and Virgin Mobile, as well as a board member of Magrabi Retail Group and IKEA KSA. She has over 30 years in various sectors that include retail, media, technology, fashion, telecommunications, and e-commerce across six global markets. Other companies she’s worked for are Hearst, Viacom, Sony, Bertelsmann and MBC.

Nisreen is an MBA graduate from London Business School as well as a graduate from Columbia University in New York and has done global study programs in financial restructuring and economics in Chile and Argentina.

She has been awarded Female CEO of the Year by CEO Middle East and Businesswoman of the Year by Women in Leadership. Her recent awards are Women of the Year 2023 by Emirates Women and Achievement in Technology Arab Women Award by Arabian Business. Nisreen is on Arabian Business 100 Most Powerful Arab Women’s list four years in a row and is listed in the top 100.
