From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Illuvium is a blockchain-based gaming developer focused on creating an Interoperable Blockchain Game (IBG) ecosystem on the Ethereum blockchain. Iluvium has created three games, Illuvium overworld, Illuvium arena, and Illuvium zero. These games each have assets that you as a player own and can transfer from one game to another. [1]

History[edit]

Co-founded by Kieran Warwick[2][3] in September 2020, Illuvium began developing a decentralized gaming platform, combining features of an open-world role-playing game (RPG) with an autobattler. In Illuvium, players encounter Illuvials, creatures that can be battled and captured. Illuvium offers various features related to collection and trading, catering to both casual gamers and decentralized finance (DeFi) users.[4][5]
