Olipa Phiri (born 10 November 1967) is a Zambian politician. She was the Minister for Community Development and Social Welfare in September 2018.[1] She was subsequently appointed a Minister in the Office of the Vice President of Zambia in 2019. She is a member of the Patriotic Front representing Nyimba (constituency).[2] She has also served as Member of Parliament in the National Assembly of Zambia from 2016 to 2021.[3]
