White Rhino Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and coffeehouse chain based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. [1].[2]


History[edit]

White Rhino was founded by Chris Parvin in 2007. A second shop location was opened in nearby Waxahachie, Texas in 2018. Over the next few years, twelve more locations were opened across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including a drive-thru in Arlington, Texas in December 2020,[3] and a roasting facility in 2022.

Recognition[edit]

The Dallas Observer named White Rhino the best coffee shop in Dallas in 2022 and 2023.[4]

Coffeereview.com scored five of White Rhino Coffee's roasted coffees at 90 points or higher, including a score of 94 for their single-origin coffee, Luna Azul.[5]

White Rhino Coffee was selected as a host site for the 2023 United States Coffee Championship's preliminary round for Cup Tasters and Latte Art competitions.[6]
