Thierry Picard (born 10 November 1956) is a French former international rugby union player.[1]

Picard was born in Saint-Sauves-d'Auvergne and spent most of his career with AS Montferrand.[2]

A back-rower and lock, Picard won three France caps, debuting against the Pumas on the 1985 tour. The following year, Picard played a home international against Romania, then returned to Argentina and gained his third cap.[3]
