Garmkhan District (Persian: بخش گرمخان) is in Bojnord County, North Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Hesar-e Garmkhan.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 28,259 in 6,676 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 26,955 people in 7,430 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 24,001 inhabitants in 7,030 households.[2]
