Fazl-ul-Haq Qureshi

Fazal-Haq Qureshi is a Kashmiri separatist leader,[1] and was a senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC).[2]

On December 4, 2009, he survived an assassination attempt.[2][3]
