Tauma Village

Tauma is a motu in the north of the Tabiteuea atoll in the Gilbert Islands of the island state Kiribati in the Pacific Ocean.[1] It belongs to North Tabiteuea. In 2017, Tauma had approximately 211 inhabitants.[citation needed]

Tauma is located north of the atoll between Kabuna in the south and the main island Nuribenua in the north.[2] With Kabuna in the south, the place is connected by the Kabuna Causeway dam and a dam connects the islandsto the north.[citation needed]

The village has a traditional meeting house: Tauma Maneaba.[citation needed]
