Sarab-e Sofla Rural District (Persian: دهستان سراب سفلي) is in Babaheydar District of Farsan County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Isaabad, transferred from Filabad.[4]
After the 2006 National Census, the city of Babaheydar was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Babaheydar District, which was divided into two rural districts and the city.[3]
There were 7,147 inhabitants in 1,974 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,413 in 1,863 households. The most populous of its three villages was Filabad (now a city),[4] with 4,656 people.[2]
