Pomacea doliodes is a species of freshwater snail, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Ampullariidae, the apple snails. [1]It belongs to kingdom Animalia, phylum Mollusca, class Gastropoda, order Architaenioglossa, family Ampullariidae , genus Pomacea .[2]
