The following is a list of awards and nominations received by Filipino actress Maricel Soriano. She received numerous accolades for her performances in film and television which span 50 years.[1] She is the third most awarded Filipino actress of all time[2][3][4] and is the second woman with the most "Best Actress" wins this century (since 2000).[5] She has received fifteen "Best Actress" nominations at the FAMAS Awards (winning three), becoming the second actress with the most nominations in the category.,after Nora Aunor with 17 nominations.

Soriano in 2023

Soriano has worked in all the major film outfits in the industry. She began a career as a child actress, debuting in the film My Heart Belongs to Daddy in 1971 and earned her first acting award as 'Best Child Actress' at the age of nine at the 9th Manila Film Festival for the film Alaala mo, Daigdig ko in 1974.[6] Over the years, she's has appeared in a number of television series and films that have earned her numerous recognitions across various award-giving bodies in the international and local entertainment industry.[7] She has received Grand Slam 'Best Actress' nominations for her performances in Ikaw Pa lang ang Minahal (1992), Dahas (1995), Soltera (1999), Filipinas (2003) and Inang Yaya (2006).[8][9] She has won five 'Best Actress' awards at the Metro Manila Film Festival, becoming the second Filipino actress with the most wins in the category (behind Nora Aunor).[10] She has also won three 'Best Performance' awards at the Young Critics Circle, becoming the second Filipino actor with the most wins in the category (behind Nora Aunor).[11]
