Afghan Refugee Camp (Persian: اردوگاه افغاني, Romanized as Ārdūgāh-e Āfghānī, is a village and refugee camp in Taraznahid Rural District of the Central District of Saveh County, Markazi province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 3,727 in 649 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 4,996 people in 854 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,639 people in 808 households. It was the most populous locality in its rural district.[2]
