The 2024 Rivers Hoopers season is the 19th season in club history and the 2nd season of the team in the Basketball Africa League (BAL). The Hoopers will play in the Nigerian Premier League (NPL) once again as defending champions.

The Hoopers enforced their team with American guard Will Perry.
