"Buff Technologies Inc" also known as BUFF, is a gaming loyalty program that is available on mobile phone (both Android and iOS) and desktop players. Gamers earn BUFF Points based on their performance within the game as well as the time spent on the BUFF app[1]. Gamers can use these points to make in-game purchases or real life purchases such as gaming accessories[2]. BUFF operates in the background and does not interfere with the users experience when playing a game.

BUFF in an Israeli-based company founded in 2018 by Elay de Beer, Ophir Gertner and Ophir Sarapi, who became friends when serving the Israel Defense Force.[citation needed] In 2021, BUFF Technologies became the first Israel gaming company to be publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange[3]. In 2021, BUFF introduced, BUFFPAY card, a debit card for gamers using their app. The card allows members to make purchases from different stores that accept Visa. Users are also able to make cash withdrawals at ATMs[4].
