Safa Khaneh (Persian: صفاخانه), also Romanized as Şafā Khāneh,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Safa Khaneh Rural District of the Central District of Shahin Dezh County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,356 in 266 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,309 people in 298 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,129 people in 323 households.[2]
