Naz Dasht (Persian: نازدشت, also Romanized as Nāz Dasht)^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Ghainab Rural District of the Central District of Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan province, Iran.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 743 in 166 households, when it was in Momenabad Rural District.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 901 people in 234 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 990 people in 269 households,, by which time the village had been transferred to the newly established Ghainab Rural District.^[4] It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
