PT Sir is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language sports drama film written and directed by Karthik Venugopal, and produced by Ishari K. Ganesh. The film stars Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi in the titular role, alongside Kashmira Pardeshi, Anikha Surendran, Ilavarasu, Pandiarajan, Thiagarajan and Munishkanth.
The film was officially announced in November 2022 under the tentative title HHT7, as it is Aadhi's seventh film as the lead actor, and the official title was announced in January 2023. Principal photography commenced the same month. It was predominantly shot in Chennai, in several legs, and wrapped by late-February 2024. The film has music composed by Hiphop Tamizha, cinematography handled by Madesh Manickam and editing by Prasanna GK.

Development[edit]
On 14 November 2022, Aadhi, who is a part of the musical duo Hiphop Tamizha, was announced to feature in a venture, directed by Karthik Venugopal, who previously directed Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja (2019), and produced by Vels Films International LTD, headed by Ishari K. Ganesh.[1] Tentatively titled HHT7, a muhurat puja was held the following day in Chennai with the presence of the film's cast and crew.[2] The film's official title PT Sir was revealed on 12 January 2023.[3]
Filming[edit]
Principal photography began with the first schedule on 22 November 2022 in Chennai.[2] In February 2023, production moved to Erode.[4] Filming wrapped by 20 February 2024.[5]
Music[edit]
The music and background score is composed by Aadhi's musical group Hiphop Tamizha, in their maiden collaboration with Venugopal.
