Lalar and Katak Rural District (Persian: دهستان للر و کتک) is in Chelo District of Andika County, Khuzestan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Katak.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Andika District of Masjed Soleyman County) was 3,991 in 670 households.[5] There were 5,260 inhabitants in 962 households at the following census of 2011,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of the new Andika County.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,418 in 1,255 households. The most populous of its 53 villages was Lalar, with 636 people.[2]
