Talang (Persian: تلنگ)^[a] is a village in Talang Rural District of Talang District, Qasr-e Qand County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the district^[4] and the rural district.

At the 2006 census, the village population was 374 in 70 households, when it was administratively part of Polan District of Chabahar County.^[5] The census in 2011 counted 437 people in 94 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 547 people in 138 households,^[2] by which time the rural district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Qasr-e Qand County.^[4]
