"Coming in Hot" is a single by American Christian rapper Lecrae, in collaboration with Andy Mineo,[1] recorded as a single and later included on the Reach Records collaborative album titled Summer Eighteen.[2]

To date, it has been certified RIAA Digital Gold for more than 500,000 downloads and on-demand streams in August 2021, and Digital Platinum in 2023 for exceeding one million,[3] also becoming a viral song on social networks,[4] even used by personalities like Kim Kardashian and Will Smith.[5]

It managed to position itself on Billboard three years after its release, making this a rare phenomenon in music.[6]

The song was originally a single by rappers Lecrae and Andy Mineo, which was later included on the Summer Eighteen compilation. In 2019, the official video for said song would be released, as the artists noticed the great reception that the song had had, with 10 million views on digital platforms.[7] However, it would not be until 2020 when the single would receive great exposure, Being the soundtrack of statuses on social networks of various well-known artists such as Kim Kardashian, Will Smith, Steph Curry,[8]​ among others,[9]​ this caused the song, three years after being released, to enter Billboard charts. , an unusual case in music,[10]​ reaching position #2 on the Billboard Triller US Chart and #3 on Triller Global Chart,​ for this reason, the streaming numbers increased even more, leading to Reach Records to take advantage of the rise of the song by launching an EP of 4 remixes of the song,[11]​ in search of RIAA certification, which would arrive weeks later in August 2021 as Gold.[12]

Andy Mineo would include this song as a Bonus Track on his 2021 album, Neverland II.[13] On October 16, 2023, the RIAA certification for this single would change to Platinum.[14]
