The Feud is an upcoming British television series for Channel 5 with an ensemble cast including Jill Halfpenny, Rupert Penry-Jones, Larry Lamb, James Fleet, Tessa Peake-Jones, Amy Nuttall, Chris Gascoyne and Jamie-Lee O'Donnell.

Premise[edit]

Neighbours on an idyllic suburban street have a falling-out over one family’s plan to build an extension to their house.[1]

Production[edit]

The six-part drama series is produced by Lonesome Pine Productions, in association with Banijay Rights and North East Screen. It is written ans created by Aschlin Ditta and directed by Andy de Emmony with Lesley Douglas producing for Lonesome Pine Productions and Aschlin Ditta and Andy de Emmony executive producers.[2]

The cast includes Jill Halfpenny, Jamie-Lee O'Donnell, Amy Nuttall, Rupert Penry-Jones, Ray Fearon, Tessa Peake-Jones, James Fleet and Megan Trower.[3]

Filming took place in Newcastle and Jarrow in May 2024.[4][5]

Broadcast[edit]

The series is expected to air on Channel 5 in 2025.[6]
