Skitt Mountain

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Skitt Mountain is a summit in the U.S. state of Georgia.[1] The elevation is 2,073 feet (632 m).[1]

According to tradition, the mountain's name is a corruption of the word "skit", on account of the tall tales or skits, told here by pioneer characters.[2]
