Tughan-e Baba Gorgor (Persian: طوغان باباگرگر), also Romanized as Ţūghān-e Bābā Gorgor and Ţūghān-e Bābā Gor Gor; also known as Toghān, Tooghan Jadid, Ţowghān, Towghān-e Jadīd, and Ţūghān,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Malujeh Rural District of Delbaran District, Ghorveh County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4] The village is populated by Azerbaijanis and Kurds.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 676 in 160 households, when it was in Delbaran Rural District of the Central District.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 609 people in 197 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 567 people in 182 households,[2] by which time the rural district had separated from the district in the establishment of Delbaran District.
