Bosom Miracles – Secrets of an Outstanding Body Part (German: Busenwunder - Geheimnisse eines herausragenden Körperteils) is a German documentary film co-written and directed by Sabine Carbon. It was first shown on Arte in November 2014.[1]

Synopsis[edit]

The documentary highlights the role of the female breast in human evolution and sexuality, as well as the role of breastfeeding in the development of infants. The speakers who share their expertise in the documentary include the psychologist Claus-Christian Carbon, brain researcher Sean Deoni, food technologist Bruce German, prehistorian Harald Meller, evolutionary biologist Olav Oftedal, behavioral researcher Frans de Waal, cancer researcher Zena Werb, science journalist Florence Williams, neuroscientist Larry J. Young and doctors Susan Love and Ursula Tanzella.[2]
