Subash Gautam

Subash C Gautam is an Emirati doctor, and the founder and director of the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) programme in the United Arab Emirates. He has led the programme since 2004.^[1]

Gautam has received the ATLS International Award,^{[better source needed]}^[2] for his services to the ATLS Programme in the Middle East and Africa. He has worked on improving emergency and trauma services in India,^[3] Pakistan,^[4] Nigeria,^[5] Lebanon, Syria and Oman.

Gautam is a founding member and former President of the Emirates Medical Association (Gastroenterology Division).^{[citation needed]}
