Yvan Junior Nsangou (born 2 September 2005) is a footballer who plays as a striker for Blackburn Rovers. Born in Cameroon, he is a Poland youth international.

Early life[edit]

Nsangou moved to England at the age of nine.[1]

Career[edit]

Nsangou is eligible for play for Cameroon through his father, Poland through his mother, and England where he has resided throughout the majority of his life.[2] He represented the country of his mother at the 2023 UEFA European Under-19 Championship.[3]

Personal life[edit]

Nsangou was born in Cameroon to a Cameroonian footballer Alirou Nsangou and a Polish mother.[2] He has three younger siblings, two of whom are also footballers: sister Aisha, who is a Polish women's youth international, and brother Jonathan who is also part of Blackburn Rovers's academy.[1]
