Dikleh Rural District (Persian: دهستان ديكله)[3] is in the Central District of Hurand County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Majidabad.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Hurand District of Ahar County) was 4,017 in 863 households.[6] There were 3,602 inhabitants in 924 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,090 in 923 households. The most populous of its 24 villages was Moradlu, with 512 people.[2]

After the 2016 census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Hurand County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Hurand as its capital and only city.[4]
