Qeli (Persian: قلی, also Romanized as Qelī)[3] is a village in Darband Rural District of Jolgeh Sankhvast District, Jajarm County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,277 in 273 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,385 people in 363 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,298 people in 352 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
