Bibalan (Persian: بي بالان), also Romanized as Bībālān; also known as Bībālān-e Pā’īn,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Bibalan Rural District of Kelachay District, Rudsar County, Gilan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,172 in 375 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,051 people in 374 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 959 people in 357 households.[2]
