Sanjay Srivastava (academician)

Sanjay Srivastava is a professor of political science at the Banaras Hindu University. Currently, he is serving as the vice-chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Central University.

Biography[edit]

Sanjay Srivastava holds a PhD from Kumaun University. He has been a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the American University.[1][2]

In 2006, he joined Banaras Hindu University as associate professor, and was elevated to professor rank in 2009.[2]

He is also a member in the Executive Council and Finance Committee of Jamia Millia Islamia.[3]

In 2023, he was appointed as the vice-chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Central University.[4]
